Final interactive Prototype Overview

WHo is h mart

H Mart is the largest Asian supermarket chain, and the pioneer of Asian food in America.

  • Immense consumer base nation-wide

  • The most reliable source for Asian products, with historical credibility

  • Provide everyday products as well as high end products, understanding their vast consumer base

Who is the H mart Site user

Busy Young professionals and students

  • People who depend on delivery services to access good food in their day-to-day

  • People who live busy lives and prefer to save time on grocery shopping

  • People who grew up with Asian meals they like to recreate as adults to make them feel like home

The problem

The current website is visually busy. User testing proved it’s difficult to navigate, and key elements, like a clear shipping / delivery system are missing

our proposal

We wanted to keep the essence of H mart’s original brand, but to also bring a seamless user experience while navigating the site

The prototype

Wire Framing to Final

The goal

After hearing the pains users experience when online shopping and using H Mart’s Website we created prototypes to make the process more intuitive, enjoyable and customizable.
